Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Elite Wildlife Prevention (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for wildlife removal services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Elite Wildlife Prevention.

These terms apply to all services provided by Elite Wildlife Prevention, including but not limited to:

  • Wildlife removal and relocation services
  • Property exclusion and prevention services
  • Emergency wildlife response
  • Cleanup and sanitization services
  • Damage repair and restoration
 

Important Notice

Services Description

Wildlife Removal Services

Elite Wildlife Prevention provides professional wildlife control services including the humane removal, exclusion, and prevention of various wildlife species from residential and commercial properties. Our services are designed to address immediate wildlife problems while preventing future infestations.

Primary Services Include:
  • Raccoon Removal: Humane trapping, relocation, and exclusion services
  • Bat Exclusion: Legal bat removal following Michigan wildlife protection laws
  • Squirrel Control: Removal and prevention of fire hazards from chewed wires
  • Rodent Extermination: Complete elimination of rat and mice populations
  • Bee Removal: Emergency bee removal with pollinator-friendly relocation
  • Other Wildlife: Opossum, skunk, groundhog, and additional species control

Scheduling & Property access

Customer must provide safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring service, including:

 

  • Attics, crawl spaces, and basements
  • Exterior areas around the property perimeter
  • Areas where wildlife activity has been observed
  • Entry points requiring exclusion work
Access Limitations

If access is denied or unavailable due to customer circumstances, additional service calls may be required at standard rates. We are not responsible for delays caused by access restrictions.

 
 

Security Notice

Our technicians carry identification and arrive in clearly marked company vehicles. We respect your property and privacy while performing necessary services.

Payment Terms & Pricing

Pricing Structure

All services are priced based on the specific requirements of your wildlife situation. Factors affecting pricing include:

  • Extent of infestation or damage
  • Accessibility of affected areas
  • Required exclusion and repair work
  • Emergency service requirements

Transparent Pricing

All pricing is provided in writing before work begins. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. Any additional work requires customer approval.

Liability & Insurance Coverage

Our Insurance Coverage

Elite Wildlife Prevention maintains comprehensive insurance coverage including:

 

  • General liability insurance
  • Professional liability coverage
  • Workers’ compensation insurance
  • Vehicle insurance for company vehicles
Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any damages is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

 

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Damages resulting from customer negligence
  • Pre-existing conditions not caused by our services
  • Damage to items not properly secured by customer
Property Damage

While we take every precaution to protect your property, minor damage may occur during wildlife removal. We will repair or compensate for damage caused by our services within reasonable limits.

 

Important Limitation

Customer must report any property damage within 24 hours of service completion for coverage consideration.

Customer Responsibilities

Pre-Service Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about wildlife problems
  • Ensuring safe access to all service areas
  • Securing or removing valuable items from work areas
  • Informing us of any health or safety concerns
  • Restraining pets during service visits
During Service
  • Maintaining clear access to work areas
  • Following safety instructions from our technicians
  • Avoiding interference with ongoing work
  • Asking questions about the service process
Post-Service Maintenance
  • Avoid removing or modifying exclusion materials
  • Report any wildlife activity promptly
  • Maintain property conditions that support exclusion work
  • Follow recommended prevention guidelines

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel scheduled services within a 24 hour minimum period.

 
Refund Policy

  • Customer dissatisfaction with completed work (case-by-case basis)
